Mama git up, hyena cubs with mom

I'm just breaking in my new Wacom tablet, it is a Intuos4, which has a remarkably sensitive stylus. it feels like I have a real brush in my hand. This little picture is a birthday card for my brother. I hope he doesn't see it before his birthday. Portrayed are two awesome families, a cute family of hyenas, and dung beetles, which represent some of the most dedicated parents of the insect world. The little hyena cub is tugging on her mum's ear, she wants to play, but her mum is just too tired, from fending off lions and wildebeest all day. The other cub is more then happy to grab a few Z's too. It's neat that hyena pups are born almost black. I really don't know how elephant poop got into the hyena's den, but I just had to draw some colorful beetles, dung beetles are ecological important and are just so darn cute thanks to EyonSplicer mentioning that credit must go to zooborns for an incredibly cute picture of mom hyena with pup, credit source www.zooborns.com/.a/6a01053564…
